  • The Misk Foundation is a non-profit organisation devoted to cultivating and encouraging learning and leadership for the youth in Saudi Arabia.

It is building a science museum in Riyadh. A dynamic, activity-filled space, with permanent and temporary exhibitions, live events, and engaging workshops.

It will focus on providing Saudi families with unique, engaging experiences that awaken a love of science.

  • The brand name, Ilmi, means my knowledge – derived from the root ‘Ilm’, a word revered in Arabic, meaning science.

The core idea for the brand was based on the famous Arabic proverb ‘Al ilm Nour'. Literally translating as 'knowledge is light', it assimilates learning to shedding light on the world and being curious.

We created a logotype and visual language that acts as a light source, shining a bright spotlight on a world of science and discovery.
